Special Occasion Photography

We are currently available for birthdays, baby showers, and anniversaries. We do require that all customers sign an agreement, which protects you as well as us. You can read over the agreement by clicking here.

If you are printing a copy, please make sure that you retain a copy of the signed version for your own records.

Standard Special Photography Package: $150

• 100 shots
• 1-2 hours of shooting
• (10) 4x6's
• (3) 5x7's
• (1) 8x10
• All hi-resolution proofs on disc

Deluxe Special Occasion Photography Package: $300

• 200 shots
• 2-3 hours of shooting
• (20) 4x6's
• (10) 5x7's
• (2) 8x10's
• Hi-resolution proofs on disc

Package Information:

• A nonrefundable deposit/retainer of half the package price is required to reserve the date. Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance. Emergency reservations of less than a week require the full amount.
• The balance must be paid on the day of the event, before any photos will be taken.
• Lo-resolution shots will be online for viewing within one week following the event.
• All hi-resolution proofs will be presented on disc once print order is finished (between two-three weeks).
• Customer agrees to provide us with as much information about the party as necessary. Any changes (date, time, location) must be made in writing. Failure to inform us of any changes in the date, time, or location of event in a timely matter can result in a cancellation of our services. In any such case, the agreement will be null and void and you will receive 50% of your fees back, minus the retainer fee.
• It may be necessary for us to visit the event location to assess lighting conditions and such. This will usually be done one to two weeks prior to the event, if possible and time permitting.

If travel is over 60 miles (one way), there will be a fee of $35 to cover gas and travel costs. This is a one-time fee and applies only to the day of the event.

Digital touchups and alterations will be made upon request at a rate of $10/hour.
